1. Purpose of Processing

A. Contractual Purposes: Data is processed to allow registration, creation of the personal Dashboard, management of university records, flashcards, and related services. The legal basis is the execution of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

B. Legal Obligations: Fulfillment of tax, accounting, and administrative obligations provided by Italian and European regulations.

C. Marketing (subject to consent): Sending newsletters, promotions, and market research related to the Company's services.

2. Minimum Age

Registration is allowed for individuals at least 16 years old. For those under 16, processing is lawful only if authorized by a parent or guardian.

3. Data Communication

Data may be shared with ICT service providers, banks for payment management, and authorized internal staff. Data will not be disclosed to third parties for advertising purposes without explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

Contractual data is kept for 10 years after the termination of the relationship. Marketing data is kept until the user withdraws consent.

5. Data Subject Rights

The user has the right to request access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, and data portability. Requests should be sent to edu@geniuskey.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
